First prize winner in competition
Since its completion in 1981 this high-rise
building is the central headquarters of the
Bavarian Hypotheken & Wechselbank - today
merged with Hypo- Vereinsbank. It is a landmark
for Munich, a city with an exceptionally critical
attitude towards high-rise development.
